Citizen Charter:

Fire-accident, rescue and wound service:
1. Along with the accident, the accident will be reported in the nearest fire station or central control room.
2. As soon as the news was received, the firemen went to the accident site with casualties.
3. Services from any disaster fire station are available. For this, collect the number of the nearest fire station in Naogaon district.

Fire License:


1. The application along with the following documents should be made in the form of fire service along with the local sub-assistant / assistant / deputy director.
   (A) Trade license.
   (B) Annual Assessment Letter of the movable movable assets of the organization by the municipality, if the business operates in the organization's own building.
   (C) If the rent is traded at the house, get the contract of rental.
   (D) Draft designs approved by RAJUK / Paurashava.
   (E) If the company is a limited company
   (F) Non-proforma certificate by local representative of the organization.
   (G) Fire service clearance if multi-storied or commercial buildings.
   (H) Fire service information for garment companies.

 

 

2. During the receipt of the application, the concerned institutions are inspected by the Inspector appointed by the Directorate within 7 working days.
3. Fire preventive advice is given after inspection.
4. According to the suggestions, after taking effective action, they are re-inspected.
5. If the inspection logic is satisfactory satisfactorily, the license is granted within maximum 90 days.
6. If you are not satisfied with licensing due to reasonable reasons, the Director-General will provide the opportunity to hear the applicant within 120 days of receiving the application for the license.
7. If any person or organization is aggrieved by any decision of an officer empowered by the Director General, then in 30 days, it will appeal to the Director-General for re-consideration.
8. Within 30 days of receiving the application, the Director General will take the decision.
9. In the matter of the Director-General, the aggrieved person may appeal to the government on payment of the prescribed fee.
10. Within 60 days of receipt of the appeal, the government will make the final decision.

 

Multiple Commercial Buildings Certificate:


1. According to Section 7 of Fire Prevention Act 2003, fire preventative clearance was given to commercial buildings of the 7 storied building.
2. Applicants or organizations with direct authority or directly to the Director General will apply.
3. Provide the design or document of the building with the application.
4. Hence, the Inspector nominated by the Directorate is provided.
5. Fire preventive advice is given after inspection.
6. If the action is taken according to the advice, the clearance will be granted within the next 7 working days.
7. If the inspection is not satisfactory due to reasonable reasons, the director general may announce the inability to use the building.
8. If any person is aggrieved due to the declaration of non-use of the building, he may appeal to the government within 30 days of the declaration of the same.
9. Within 60 days of receiving the appeal, the government will take final decision.

 

Ambulance Service:

1. The Directorate provides ambulance service to the public for the local or inter-district level patient transit.
2. Under the ambulance service, the patient is transferred from hospital to bus or hospital from accident to hospital.
3. For this service, ambulance calls are received at local level or in the municipal area through phone or messenger.
4. In case of inter-district or out-of-call, patient approval has to be approved before completing the prescribed form.
5. The rental rate for patient transit is as follows:
 (A) 100 Meters per 1 Metric 5 mile / 1km to 8km for municipal area with all metropolitan areas of the country
     Just.
 (B) 10 miles or 8 kilometers above 5 miles, up to 16 kilometers per call, only 150 rupees per call.
 (C) In case of remote inter-district call, only Rs. 15 / - per mile and Rs. 9 / kilogram per kilometer.
  The patient and infectious diseases are not transported under ambulance service.

Fire preventive drill, counseling and training services:


 1. To apply for such service, apply with the local authority or directly to the Director General.
 2. After receipt of the application, the Directorate submits the package proposal including financial implications and other conditions.
 3. When the concerned company agrees to comply with such conditions, the designated officers of this department provide the following services after taking necessary coordination with the concerned organization.
(A) Advice on prevention of fire prevention.
(B) Training on fire prevention and exit.
(C) Conduct operation on fire prevention and extinguishing.
